I believe in setting clear expectations—mutual respect and clear communication make every experience better.

  • Please keep our communication non-explicit before meeting for safety reasons. If explicit topics are brought up, I will not be able to continue with the appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. I value both of our time, and understand that delays can happen. A 10-minute grace period is included; after that, the appointment will proceed from the scheduled time.
  • Please place donation in an unsealed envelope and place it in plain view upon arrival so we can focus fully on our time together. I do not accept electronic payments at the appointment.
  • Life happens! I appreciate thoughtful communication and do my best to be flexible when notice is given. Please review my cancellation policy below. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to my cancellation policy.
  • Discretion goes both ways!  I don’t do recordings or pics—ever.
    Please keep the details of our time together private. I really value that we can just be present with each other

Deposit & Cancellation


I’m annoyingly reliable and always honor my commitments. If I ever have to cancel, your deposit will be promptly refunded.


  • A 30% deposit is required for first-time clients and outcall appointments. Deposits are refundable with at least 72 hours’ notice and non-refundable with less than 72 hours’ notice.
  • I appreciate thoughtful communication and will do my best to accommodate modifications when given sufficient notice. For same-day cancellations, a $500 fee will apply.
  • Once a session begins, 100% of the session fee is non-refundable.
